About the Course
An Organization's vision is one of the most crucial but least understood aspects of strategy. What can leaders do to transform their employee's relationship with the vision and mission so that there is a clear and meaningful line of sight between their day-to-day work and your ultimate goals and business objectives? This workshop takes participants on a journey deeper into the vision statement, helping them unpack concepts, make sense of them from their own unique points of view, and infuse a deeper sense of both individual and collective clarity and commitment.
Throughout the workshop, participants are compelled to think about how they stand in relationship with their organization's vision including how they contribute, reinforce or serve as change agents to problematic aspects of their culture.

Objectives
Facilitate the development of employee-led dialogue and change, which requires developing a safe and encouraging space to bravely explore and actively address this ubiquitous shadow side of decision making.
Incorporate a systems approach to organizational change capable of diagnosing and holistically addressing unconscious biases that are enabled by organizational culture, language patterns, micro-aggressions, and micro-signaling.
Discern and dismantle unconscious biases from within through implicit association tests, mindfulness practice, critical reflection, and genuine behavioral change.
