In this Revitalization Jam, you'll learn about four ways to test whether a strategic initiative leads to truly outstanding service. We'll discuss how thought experiments and rapid prototypes can help us determine genuine desirability, feasibility, scalability, and sustainability. I will also introduce three fun ways to determine where the energy is, including the Napkin Test, Yard Sale, and Idea Summit technique.
