Thank you for your interest in the Fall 2024 Open Assessment Certification Program! This first cohort is limited to ten professionals who are committed to advancing their expertise in driving organizational openness through both diagnostic and dialogic expertise. Applicants must have taken the MOST Assessment and have at least three years of professional experience and an advanced degree in Organization Behavior, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Leadership & Change, or similar program. Your participation will help to support the mission of OpenSourceOD to democratize OD knowledge and skills, equipping anyone who yearns to facilitate positive change.
As a certified Open Facilitator, you’ll gain advanced training on administering and interpreting the Open Assessment, leading collaborative dialogue processes, and implementing concrete, customized strategies that enhance performance, retention, and satisfaction within teams, departments, and organizations.

We will contact you shortly with more information on the next steps and a brief interview process to confirm your spot in the cohort. Once ten members are selected we will work to find a common time that works for everyone via synchronous Zoom meetings.
