Overview
In this immersive, participants step into the role of Pawar Popatrao Bhaguji, a young leader returning to his drought-ravaged village to lead a grassroots revival. Faced with skepticism, resistance, and political pressure, participants will navigate real-life challenges of rural community transformation. This simulation sharpens the ability to engage across differences, lead through uncertainty, and inspire change in resource-strained environments.
Purpose
This simulation helps participants build the mindset and skills needed to lead ethical, adaptive change in communities facing hardship. Through real-time decision points and reflection, participants will strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, creativity, and hope—especially in the face of doubt and resistance.
